Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Dragonfly Temple, we approach every ceremony, somatic journey, and private container with utmost devotion, energetic preparation, and careful planning. Because of this, we operate under a strict structural agreement regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
1. General Cancellation Policy
All reservations, contributions, and ticket purchases for Dragonfly Temple offerings are strictly non-refundable. Once your space is reserved, the financial contribution cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend your scheduled journey, your contribution will be handled in accordance with the rescheduling frameworks below.
2. Rescheduling Framework
We recognize that profound transformations are often accompanied by life shifts or somatic integrations that may prevent you from attending. To accommodate this with grace, we offer the following guidelines:
One-Time Free Reschedule: You may reschedule your reserved ceremony or container one time with zero penalty or administrative fees, provided you submit your rescheduling request via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
Subsequent Reschedules: Any subsequent requests to reschedule the same container, or any rescheduling request made after your initial free change, will incur a non-negotiable $150 administrative rescheduling fee per request to offset the costs of administrative labor and preparation.
3. Public Ceremonies & Group Retreats
If you have registered for a Public Ceremony or Group Retreat (such as a Men’s Circle or Scheduled Day Journey) and are unable to attend: You may request to apply your registration credit toward a different public ceremony or group journey at a later date. This transfer is subject to availability, must be requested prior to the start of the original ceremony, and is subject to standard rescheduling guidelines.
4. Private Somatic Containers
If you have reserved a Private Somatic Container and need to alter your date, you may do so in accordance with standard 72-hour guidelines. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a private container cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your session and entire contribution, as Shyla’s exclusive space cannot be re-allocated on short notice.
5. Public-to-Private Upgrade Pathway
If you have registered for a public ceremony and find that your personal integration, timeline, or comfort requires a more private, dedicated container, we support this transition. You may roll your public ceremony registration credit into a custom private somatic container by paying the direct price difference (e.g., if you registered for a Public Ceremony valued at $333, you may upgrade to a Private Somatic Container valued at $555 by contributing the remaining balance of $222 at the time of your reschedule request).
