Welcome to the digital sanctuary of Dragonfly Temple (“we,” “our,” or “the Temple”). By accessing our website, booking our somatic ceremonies, or participating in our physical or virtual containers, you (“Seeker,” “Participant,” “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our space.
Crucial Health & Medical Disclaimer
Shyla is a somatic practitioner and spiritual facilitator. The information and services provided through Dragonfly Temple are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical therapy. We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or psychological illness. Participation in our ceremonies is entirely voluntary, and seekers are solely responsible for coordinating with their licensed healthcare providers before entering our containers.
1. Nature of the Sanctuary & Offerings
Dragonfly Temple is a sacred, spiritual somatic container dedicated to self-exploration, spiritual development, and community wellness. Our services include somatic bodywork, mindfulness coaching, energetic integration, and sacramental circles. Our offerings are grounded in spiritual tradition and trauma-informed somatic principles.
2. Eligibility & Seeker Responsibility
To register for or participate in any sacramental circle or deep somatic container, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 where legally required for specific sacramental practices).
You must truthfully, accurately, and fully complete all pre-ceremony questionnaires, including the post-purchase Sacred Intake form.
You must disclose any and all pre-existing medical conditions, psychiatric history, psychological diagnoses, and prescription medications.
Note: Dragonfly Temple reserves the right to deny entry to any seeker whose intake profile indicates potential medical, physical, or energetic contraindications. Your safety is our absolute priority. If you are excluded from a container for health reasons, we will work with you to redirect your energy or offer a mutual solution.
3. Accuracy of Information & Intake Forms
You agree that any information you submit to Dragonfly Temple, including your Sacred Intake profile, is completely truthful. Intentionally withholding medical or mental health information is a severe violation of sanctuary trust and terms, and may result in immediate dismissal from any active or future container without refund or credit.
4. Conduct Within the Sanctuary
Dragonfly Temple is committed to providing a safe, held, and deeply respectful environment. By entering our physical or digital spaces, you agree to:
Respect the privacy and absolute confidentiality of all other participants. “What happens in the circle stays in the circle.”
Refrain from recording (audio, video, or photography) during any somatic ceremony or circle unless explicit, written consent is granted by the facilitator and all participants.
Maintain a peaceful, non-disruptive presence. We reserve the right to remove any participant displaying aggressive, toxic, or unsafe behavior, without liability.
5. Payments, Rescheduling, and Upgrades
All contributions and reservations made through our platform are subject to our Refund & Rescheduling Policy. By completing a transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all sales are non-refundable, and that rescheduling is governed by our administrative fee parameters ($150 administrative fee after your first free reschedule).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonfly Temple, its facilitators, founders, employees, and independent contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your access to our website, your attendance at physical ceremonies, or your engagement with somatic and sacramental integration practices.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, County of Orange, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
